Privacy Statement

What we collect

When you create a free account we store your name, email address, a salted and hashed password, and your church or organization name if you give it. If you use the dashboard we also store what you choose to save: statistics in your library, notes you write, boards you create, and any church details you enter for benchmarks (your role, tradition, average attendance and personnel share of budget). We record which statistics you open, download or cite so we can show you recently viewed items. We do not store your password in readable form.

How we use it

We use your details to run your account and dashboard, to calculate benchmarks you request, and to send account emails such as your confirmation link and password resets. Your benchmark numbers are private to your account and are not shown to other users. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

The site runs on Cloudflare. Account emails are sent through Resend.

Cookies

We set one cookie, a secure session cookie, when you log in. We do not use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can download everything saved to your account, or delete your account, library, boards and activity, at any time from Settings in your dashboard.
